F-250 headlight out: low, high, turn signal and LED strip at once
If the driver side headlight on your truck stops working all at once, low beam, high beam, turn signal and LED strip together, the fault may be inside the sealed headlight rather than in a bulb.
Sometimes it is only partly dead instead: one LED section on, the next one off. Either way, the LEDs are not a part you can swap from the back, as explained in LED Headlight Repair.
2020-and-newer F-250 factory LED headlight
If you were told the factory LED headlight on a 2020 or 2022 F-250 isn't serviceable and the only fix is a complete unit, ask for a quote on yours first. Tell us the symptom and we'll confirm whether the LED or DRL module can be repaired.

F-350 headlight with water inside
Water in the headlamp, or droplets that stay after a wash, mean a seal or the housing is letting it in. The headlight is opened, dried and resealed, as in Headlight Condensation Repair & Resealing.

Fogging up on a newer truck: seal, not bulb
If your 2019 or newer F-250 fogs up after rain or a car wash and the fog doesn't clear with the lights on, a seal is the likely cause. A new bulb won't change that.
