Faults we look at on heavy duty truck headlights
- A factory LED headlight with the low beam out, or the whole unit dark at once
- A DRL strip, halo or accent light that went dim or out
- Water or droplets that stay inside after a wash
- A cracked or hazy outer lens
Tell us the symptom and we'll confirm whether the LED or DRL module can be repaired. Tell us what happened to the lens and we will confirm whether the outer lens can be replaced on your headlight.
Work on the outside of the lens can't reach a dead LED or a failed seal inside the housing. If your truck has an open recall or an extended warranty from the manufacturer, check with your dealer first.
Factory headlights only
We work on the headlight your truck left the factory with: sealed LED, HID or halogen units.
Aftermarket LED sets, plug-in bulbs and a burned connector or wire are a job for a truck shop near you. If you are not sure where the fault is, read Can My Headlight Be Repaired? or send photos with the headlight lit.

Questions from truck owners and fleets
Do you repair aftermarket LED headlights or light bars?
No. We repair factory headlights only, so a truck shop near you is the right stop for aftermarket sets and wiring.
My semi has a low beam out. Is it the headlight?
Not always: a bulb, a wire or a plug can do the same. Check those first, then send photos of the headlight lit.
Can I send headlights from several trucks at once?
Yes. Send photos of each one and check the business box on the form; each headlight gets its own line in the quote.
Send photos of your truck headlight
