Freightliner Cascadia Headlight Repair
Freightliner Cascadia headlight repair by mail works on the factory LED headlight of a 2017-and-newer Cascadia: flicker, a DRL strip going dim or a turn signal flashing white. Send photos for a free written quote from anywhere in the U.S., then ship only the headlight.
From $400 per headlight — final price in your free quote. Packing and shipping instructions come with your quote.

Cascadia headlight not working: LED flicker or dim
- The low beam flickers on the road, then settles
- One side runs noticeably dimmer than the other
- Part of the LED goes dark, such as the top white strip on the driver's side of a 2024 Cascadia
In a sealed LED headlight, those faults can sit on a circuit board or LED section inside the housing. Tell us the symptom and we'll confirm whether the LED or DRL module can be repaired.
DRL strip going dark on a 2017-and-newer Cascadia
The running light strip can fade, flicker or go out in sections while the low beam still works. The repair opens the headlight, deals with the failed strip and seals it again, as in DRL Repair (Daytime Running Lights).
Turn signal flashing white
If the turn signal flashes white instead of amber, check the plug and harness first. If they test fine, send photos and we'll confirm in your quote whether that section of the headlight can be repaired.
Cascadia factory LED headlight or a replacement assembly
Swapping in a new assembly is one option. If you were told the factory LED headlight can't be serviced and only a complete unit will do, the failed part may still be repairable inside your original.
A repaired headlight keeps its factory fit, its connectors and a pair that still matches. More on sealed LED units in LED Headlight Repair.
If your model year has an open recall or an extended warranty from the manufacturer, check with your dealer first.
Pulling the headlight in your own shop
Your mechanic or shop pulls the headlight, and only that unit ships. It comes back ready to go back on and aim.
Running several trucks? Each headlight gets its own written quote, as explained in Headlight Repair for Fleets, Trucking and Rental Companies.

Questions from Cascadia owners and shops
Do I need to send both headlights?
Only the side that fails. If both flicker, pick both on the quote form.
What if the problem turns out to be wiring?
A wiring or plug fault is fixed on the truck, not in the headlight. That's why we ask for photos of the headlight lit before you ship anything.
What photos help with a Cascadia quote?
The headlight lit, a close-up of the dark or flickering section and the label with the part number.
The M2 and other models are on Freightliner Headlight Repair, and other heavy trucks on Semi Truck Headlight Repair.
