The repair
The headlight is opened, the fault is repaired and the unit is sealed again. We confirm the turnaround time in your quote.
Back to you with a warranty
The repaired headlight is shipped back, ready to refit. Every repair includes a written warranty; terms are in your quote; see Headlight Repair Warranty.
Before you send your headlight for repair
- Remove the headlight from the car, or ask your mechanic to do it. Only the headlight travels; the car stays with you.
- Take clear photos of the lens, the back of the housing, the mounting tabs and any damage.
- Note the part number on the housing label if you can read it. It helps us identify the exact unit.
- Wait for your quote before you ship. It tells you how to pack the headlight and where to send it.
Who pays shipping, and what if it is damaged on the way?
These are fair questions, and the answers are part of your quote. Packing and shipping instructions come with your quote.
You read the shipping terms together with the price, before you approve anything. If they do not work for you, you simply do not ship.

What can be sent in
Electronic faults, cracked lenses, moisture inside and broken tabs or housings are all repaired on the original unit. The full list is in Headlight Repair Services.
We only repair headlights. Cloudy or yellowed lens surfaces are not a repair we offer.
Shipping and process questions
Can I send both headlights at once?
Yes. Choose both headlights on the quote form. Each headlight is priced in your quote.
Can I ship the headlight before I have a quote?
Please wait for the quote. It includes the packing and shipping instructions, and it lets you decide before anything is sent.
Do you remove or refit the headlight?
No. The service works by mail, so you or your mechanic take the headlight off and put it back on.
