Semi Truck Headlight Repair
Semi truck headlight repair by mail starts with photos and a free written quote, from anywhere in the U.S. It covers sealed factory semi truck headlights with a low beam out, a dark DRL strip or water inside.
From $400 per headlight — final price in your free quote. Packing and shipping instructions come with your quote.

Low beam out: bulb, wiring or the headlight?
On a big rig, a low beam out is often a bulb, a wire or a burned connector, not the headlight. A "Low beam bulb fault" message can point either way.
If the fault is in the wiring, the plug or an aftermarket LED set, have a truck shop near you sort it out before anything ships. If it is the factory headlight itself, send photos.

What we fix inside a factory truck headlight
- An LED beam that flickers, dims or stays dark
- A DRL strip or running light going dim or out
- Water that stays inside after a wash
- A cracked or hazy outer lens
Tell us the symptom and we'll confirm whether the LED or DRL module can be repaired. If a turn signal flashes white, send photos and we'll confirm in your quote whether that section can be repaired.
A hazy lens gets a new one: polishing strips the factory coating and the haze tends to come back. Tell us what happened to the lens and we will confirm whether the outer lens can be replaced on your headlight.

Volvo VNL headlight: factory LED dim or out
When a factory LED on a VNL goes dim or out, check the plug first. A burned connector is a wiring job for your truck shop.
If the plug is clean and the headlight still stays dark or flickers, send photos of it lit.
Western Star headlight with condensation
Fog that clears as the lights warm up can be normal. Droplets that stay inside a Western Star headlight, on a 5700XE or another model, mean a seal has failed.
The repair opens the headlight, dries it, deals with any parts the water reached and seals it again.
Mack Anthem and International LT headlights
Headlights from a Mack Anthem or an International LT can be sent too. Your quote says whether the unit can be repaired before anything ships.
If your model year has an open recall or an extended warranty from the manufacturer, check with your dealer first.
Heavy-duty pickups such as the Ram 2500 and the F-250 are on Truck Headlight Repair.
For owner-operators and fleets
A headlight out can get a truck written up at a roadside inspection, and a down truck means missed loads. You plan when the truck comes off the road for it.
Repairing the factory headlight keeps its fit, its connectors and a pair that matches side to side.
Fleets get a written quote per headlight: Headlight Repair for Fleets, Trucking and Rental Companies.

Questions from drivers and truck shops
Do you repair aftermarket LED headlights?
No, only factory headlights. For an aftermarket LED set, a conversion kit or a resistor problem, go back to the shop that installed it or a local truck shop.
Who pulls the headlight off the truck?
You or your shop. Only the headlight ships, and it comes back ready to go back on and aim.
What should I send with the quote request?
The make, model and year of the truck, photos of the headlight lit and of the fault, and the part number on the housing label.
Send photos of your rig's headlight
Tell us the make, model and year, add photos and the part number, and your written quote comes before you ship.
