Some makes sell bolt-on replacement tabs. They work when the headlight was designed for them and the base of the tab is intact.
They do not fix a crack running into the housing, a broken anchor point or a tab design that has no kit. In those cases the plastic itself has to be rebuilt.
Headlight bracket repair and cracked housings
A headlight mounting tab repair rebuilds the point where the headlight bolts to the car, so it can be fitted and aimed again. Cracks in the housing are repaired and sealed to keep moisture out.

Do I need to aim the headlight after fitting it?
Yes. As with any headlight that has been removed, have the aim checked once it is back on the car.
