C6 Corvette headlight lens replacement
The C6 was the first Corvette since the early 1960s with fixed, exposed headlights. Their clear outer lens takes years of sun and stone chips, and it ends up yellow, pitted or cracked while the lights behind it still work.

Why not just buy a lens kit?
Lens kits are sold for the C6, and some owners fit them at home. The hard part is not the lens: the housing has to be opened without damage and sealed again so water stays out.
If the seal is not right, moisture gets in and the new lens fogs from the inside. Sending the headlight means opening and resealing are part of the repair.
We do not polish or sand lenses. A yellowed lens is replaced.
