Water inside a Navigator LED headlight
If a headlight seal gives way, rain or a car wash can push water into the housing. Once it reaches the LED boards, the light starts to fail.

Bulb, HID or sealed LED: what your Navigator has
Navigators built before 2018 generally use a replaceable halogen or HID bulb. If one of those headlights goes out, a new bulb from a local shop comes first, and there is nothing to ship.
From the 2018 model year on, the headlights are sealed LED units with no bulb to change. When an LED fails, the fix happens inside the headlight, as in LED Headlight Repair.
2018 and newer Navigator headlights
