The DRL is built into the sealed headlight. There is no bulb and no separate part to change from outside, so a dealer usually prices a complete Land Rover Defender headlight replacement.
A repair goes inside the unit instead. The housing is opened, the failed DRL parts are dealt with and the headlight is resealed. Photos of both headlights lit, and of the label on the housing, let your quote say what can be repaired.
